• Account information: Name and email address when you sign in via Manus OAuth
• Search data: Addresses, ZIP codes, or GPS coordinates you enter for map searches (not stored long-term)
• Alert subscriptions: Email address and/or phone number if you subscribe to location-based alerts
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics including page views and feature usage

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide offender search results relevant to your location
• To send you email or SMS alerts about new offenders in your specified area
• To manage your subscription plan and billing
• To improve the Platform and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Location Data

When you use the "Use My Location" feature, your GPS coordinates are used only to perform the map search. We do not store your real-time location. Alert subscription locations are stored only to deliver alerts and can be deleted at any time from your account settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Offenders.io: Search queries are sent to retrieve offender data (no personal user data is shared)
• Law enforcement: If required by law or to prevent imminent harm

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Unsubscribe from alerts at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert email
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page

WatchfulNation is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
